AO Modesto Youth Soccer Rally

Unless you've been living under a rock, you may already know how absolutely huge youth soccer is in the city of Modesto. This small city is home to Olympic gold medalist, 1999 World Cup champion, Tisha Lea Venturini-Hoch and USMNT veteran and former Montreal Impact player Heath Pearce.

No strangers to the development of youth players, (just check out our Twitter @AOModesto) the American Outlaws Modesto Chapter is holding it's first ever Youth Soccer Rally tomorrow Saturday the 12th of September at Mary Grogan Community Park where not 1 but 3 of AO Modesto's very own developed teams will take the field on Week 3 of their campaigns.

AO Modesto's very own sponsored team; the American Outlaws Modesto U-8 boys take the field at 9:15AM (Field GR5C). With a 0-1-1 record, first year head coach Ashley Thompson and her assistant coach Luis Castillo look to gain their first win of the season. Be sure to watch AO Modesto's own Ethan Lopez take the field and keep an eye on Aneas Olayo and Izaac Crew up front!

Sitting at 2-0-0, 13 year coach and AO Modesto Soccer Relations Member, Elmer Wheeler takes his Outlaws U14 Boys at 11:00AM (Field GR7) on a quest to remain atop their standings. Coach Wheeler's recent team (U12 Girls Gold) recently took 2nd place in the 2014 MYSA U10-U19 Girls Fall Tournament. Keep on the lookout for Wheelers' #3 Trey in the left forward position and #9 Nick who will be in control of the defense tomorrow.

Also sitting at the top of their table in a 3 way tie with a 2-0-0 record, first year head coach and AO Modesto member Luis Castillo, with assistant coaches Michael Cox, (also an AO Modesto member) and Aaron Stadelman will take the field at 11:45AM (GR5B) as their Lady Quakes U-10 girls will take the field against the current division leaders. With 4 goals in 2 games #7 Sienna Dorrity looks to try and help her team take the lead in the division. Known as the "dreamcrusher" amongst her peers #11 Ella Torres shifts from her RW position to her native RB position in order to beef up the defense.

Come represent the American Outlaws and our passion for soccer on a youth level! This is an excellent opportunity to show the community who we are and what we're all about! Football. Fútbol. Soccer. We look to give these kids an amazing experience that unless you live in eastern Europe, is rarely seen on a youth level. Let's go AO!
